Order processing 

 

Orders received before 1:30 PM will be processed within the same business day, provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please contact elegante.maldives@gmail.com or +9607888760 as soon as possible to correct the issue.

Warrantee 

 

A warrantee of two years from the date of purchase is given on Elegante watches. Within this period, any production defects will be corrected free of charge. 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuses or accidental impact.

  • Unauthorized repair, opening watch case back, adjustment to movement or any other modification work done outside our authorized service centers.

  • Damage done to bracelets, straps or accessories.

  • Water infiltration or damage in watch due to failure to secure screw-down crown or exposure of watch to depths exceeding rated water-resistance.

Returns & Refunds

 

We care about our customers' satisfaction, and we're here to help if you're not completely pleased with your purchase. Within 15 days after delivery, we would gladly give a refund, exchange, or cash back for the returned items.

Please double-check the following items before returning a product:

  • The item was purchased within the previous seven days.

  • You have a receipt or evidence of purchase. The item is still packed in its original box.

  • The item is not in use. Please note that the watch must be sent with all protective coverings, as well as tags and straps.

  • The item is in perfect condition.
